Occasionally, patients come to our office who have experienced less than satisfactory results after a rhinoplasty (nose job) and are seeking a revision or secondary rhinoplasty, to correct deformities caused by previous surgeries. A revision rhinoplasty is a more difficult procedure because there is often less cartilage to work with. Additionally there may be scarring or tissue contracture (tightening). Each case is treated individually because of the highly personal nature of each circumstance.
