The patient is a 45 year old woman complaining of a tired appearance. She underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, with removal of skin and fat from the upper eyelids, and a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, with removal of fat from an incision made on the inside of the eyelids. She also underwent a chemical peel to tighten the skin of her lower eyelids and injection of a small amount of fat to blunt the tear troughs. She is pictured 10 months after surgery and has a more refreshed and youthful appearance.

The patient is a 55 year old woman complaining of a tired and angry appearance. She underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, with removal of skin and fat from the upper eyelids, and a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, with removal of fat from an incision made on the inside of the eyelids. The lower eyelids were also tightened to give her a more almond-shaped eye. An incision was also made just below the eyelashes of the lower eyelids to remove excess skin and a small amount of fat was injected to blunt the tear troughs. Even six weeks after surgery, the incisions are hardly perceptible.

She underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with removal of skin and fat, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with removal of fat through an incision on the inside of the eyelids. She also underwent a chemical peel of the lower eyelids to provide mild skin tightening. More than a year after surgery, subtle improvements are visible. The upper eyelid crease is crisp, allowing for easier application of makeup, and the eyes appear more open.

An endoscopic brow lift, consisting of five small incisions on the scalp, and an upper lid blepharoplasty were performed. Six weeks postoperatively, she had significantly improved vision and a more refreshed appearance.
