The patient is a 61 year old woman who had gained 30 extra pounds and was unhappy with the shape of her abdominal wall. She underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks and outer thighs. She is seen four months after surgery, with a slimmer waist and narrowed hips and outer thighs.
