The patient is a 49-year-old woman with a persistent pooch of the abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She could not achieve a flat tummy even with extensive exercise. She is seen four-and-a-half months after tummy tuck with liposuction of the love handles and upper abdomen with a flat, taut abdomen.
