The patient is a 37-year-old woman with saggy and small buttocks. She wished to undergo autologous fat grafting to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift) to create fuller and shapelier buttocks. Liposuction of the flanks, inner and outer thigh, knees, and low back was performed. From this, 390 milliliters of fat was injected into each buttock. The patient also underwent a tummy tuck, accounting for her flatter tummy in the side view.
