This is a 44 year old woman who had 2 children, both delivered via C section. She developed loss of abdominal wall tone, with mild excess of skin and fat, as well as some droopiness of the breasts. A tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips was performed, as was breast augmentation with moderate profile silicone gel 397 cc implants, placed through an inframammary incision crease below the breasts.
