The patient is a 49 year old woman who lost volume from her breasts and developed sagginess of the abdominal wall with multiple pregnancies and aging. She underwent tummy tuck with love handle liposuction, as well as breast augmentation with silicone implants 397 cc. She is seen 3 months postoperatively with a more youthful and taut body.
