The patient is a 41-year-old woman who developed breast droopiness and loss of volume after multiple pregnancies. She desired breast augmentation as well as mastopexy (breast lift). She underwent breast lift with a circumareolar incision (incision around the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple) and insertion of 350 cc silicone high profile implants. She is seen 4 months after surgery.
