The patient is a 44 year old woman who lost fullness of the breasts after having had children. She chose saline 300 cc moderate profile implants through an incision placed in the inframammary crease crease below the breast. Eight months after surgery, she has a very pleasing shape and size of the breasts, with a relatively imperceptible incision.
