The patient is a 19 year old woman with an A-cup bra, who wished for enhancement to a full C cup. The underwent breast augmentation with saline 320 cc high profile implants placed though an incision around the areola pigmented skin around the nipple. She is seen 2 months after surgery with a pleasing and natural breast shape and size.
