The patient is a 36 year old woman who had three children, all of whom she breast fed. With this, she experienced significant breast deflation. She underwent incision with smooth round 325 cc moderate profile plus silicone gel implants, placed through an incision in the inframammary crease below the breast fold. She is seen three months after surgery, with a pleasing, natural appearance to the breasts.
