This is a 44 year old woman who lost fullness of the breasts and developed droopiness after having had 2 children. She underwent breast augmentation with moderate profile silicone gel 397 cc implants, placed through an inframammary incision (crease below the breasts). She is seen 4 months after surgery with fuller, perkier breasts.
