This is a 39-year-old woman who had undergone previous rhinoplasty many years prior. She still had complaints regarding her nose, specifically the tip and poor breathing. She underwent open rhinoplasty with placement of cartilage grafts, reshaping of the tip, and narrowing of the nostrils. She is seen 9 months postoperatively.
